Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting and processing your information responsibly. Security of stored personal data
The information collected by Xtendo Group will be stored and handled in a secure environment. The company employs technical and administrative measures capable of protecting your personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication, or dissemination, with a security standard in accordance with the protocols adopted by the market for the protection of personal data.
Xtendo Group disclaims liability for the exclusive fault of third parties, in case of an attack by hackers or crackers, or the exclusive fault of the user, in which case the user himself transfers his data to third parties. Xtendo Group undertakes to inform the user in case of any breach of the security of their personal data.
How is the data we collect transferred?
The stored personal data is treated confidentially, within legal limits. However, we may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law.
The provision of personal data processed by Xtendo Group will occur exceptionally, to comply with legal and/or regulatory obligations, for the execution of contracts signed that depend on the sharing of data, or if requested by the interested party. How long is personal data stored at Xtendo Group?
The personal data of the users are kept by Xtendo Group for the period necessary for the provision of the service or the fulfillment of the purposes foreseen in this document, in accordance with the LGPD.
In the case of candidates, they can request the deletion of their data at any time, if they do not wish to continue with the application, by notifying their recruiter or writing to the email leidy.castiblanco@xtendo.biz.
Your rights
To the holders of personal data, Xtendo Group will guarantee the exercise of the rights provided for in the legislation and in accordance with the applicable regulations, including: confirmation of the existence of personal data processing; access to data processed by the company; correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or processed data in violation of the LGPD.
